For more than 20 years Antonio has been working successfully in the world of advertising and marketing, and has combined a fervid creative vein with proved managerial ability. His skills cover a wide range of matters from the development of institutional advertising strategies to the handling of relations with the press; from the development of website company positioning to the management of social media; from the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to the organisation of events; and the production of audio-visual tools for corporate magazines.
Since 1994 Antonio has worked with a large number of companies which are important nationally and internationally, and in doing so has gained the trust of important clients such as Kawasaki, Kodak, Hewlett-Packard, INTEL, SAP, IBM, Cisco, Computer Associates, Telecom Italia, the Italian Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca, T-Systems Deutsche Telekom Group, Datalogic, Siemens, Finsiel, Agilent Technologies, RTS, Realtech, Fujitsu, FileNet, Etnoteam, Toni&Guy, label.m, BMW Group, Mini, NEC, CSC, Barilla, Voiello, TAS GROUP, Etnia Barcelona, Pirelli, Blu Inc Media Hong Kong).
Antonio’s skills as Coach and Speaker set him apart and have enabled him to offer his abilities to many companies in developing targeted training courses for marketing teams and carrying out Executive Coaching activities. He has also acquired important experience as conductor and moderator of meetings, debates and video reportage dedicated to the web (some examples: Rubelli, INTEL, Julius Baer, Etnoteam, RTS, TAS GROUP, SWISS RE, Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lombardia).
Over the years, Antonio has been very active at an international level in Public Relations and Alliance Development for his own clients. He has worked all over Europe, in the USA, in the Far East (People’s Republic of China), in South America (Brazil) and in the United Arab Emirates. Language skills: excellent English, reasonable French, basic Spanish. He has also represented many foreign companies in Italy by offering marketing, and PR services as well as local support for events and advertising activities.

1994: BAUM COMMUNICATION (Founder)
In 1994 Antonio founded Baum, a Public Relations and Press Office agency which became one of the most important Italian companies in the industry and earned the trust of important Italian and International clients, especially in the ICT, Automotive, Food, and Fashion and Beauty industries.

1966/1990:
Antonio Fazio was born in Milan on 15 February 1966. He attended scientific high school and the Faculty of Modern Languages at Milan’s Università Cattolica, which he left in order to begin, at the age of 20, his journey through the world of journalism, photography and music, working with various publications, notably L’Unità, and record labels such as Vox Pop and Ariston.
PERSONAL INTERESTS AND OTHER EXPERIENCE
WRITER: In 2008 Antonio took part as an author in the creation of the management essays under the title ‘Le Aziende In-Visibili’, edited by Libri Scheiwiller - 24 ORE Motta Cultura, working with over 100 other celebrities in the field of work, culture and politics. In 2012 Antonio published an essay about social networks with the title ‘MILLENNIALS DREAM OF DIGITAL SHEEP – ‘ A journey between past and future in search of the phenomena which are changing our ways of communicating, living and dreaming’. In 2014 Antonio published the novel SHANGHAI NOIR, a political thriller (Aletti Editore and ebook MilanoNera Editore) presented live on Radio24 during the Jefferson Ming transmission.
MUSICIAN: The decision to form a band was taken in 1982 following a meeting with Giulio Rapetti (Mogol), who encouraged Antonio to write music and form a band after hearing some of his music. His first gig took place in 1983 at Magia Music Meeting, a well-known location where groups emerging on Milan’s music scene play, under the artistic direction of Franz Di Cioccio (PFM). In 1984 Antonio founded Verlaine Design with Roberto Magnaghi, Davide Colombo and Sigfrido Menghini. In just 2 years the band was included by the monthly Fare Musica magazine as one of the best independent Italian groups. The first TV appearance occurred in the same year on VideoMusic (later MTV) during the Indipendenti ’86 festival in Pistoia’s Palasport. Subsequently Antonio and the Verlaine held many concerts and worked with labels such as Vox Pop and Ariston. In 1997, Antonio created a new group, the Mnemonics, and created the album ‘Trasportare il Corpo Oltre’ with Lucio Fornaretto and Francesco Lenzi. The disc was presented to Radio DJ by Alessio Bertallot and then live to the public at Milan’s Plastic. In 2012 he started the project ‘La Settima Vita’ with Francesco Lenzi and published the single ‘Saturday Morning’, as well as an original cover of Madonna’s famous success ‘Justify My Love’, featuring a duet with the well-known video DJ and musician Kris R. In 2013 he published a new album called ‘Kuraro’ together with Roberto Magnaghi and Antonio Polidoro.
